IT WAS FUN.
but mainly for the IJ girls. for outsiders, it might not be very fun, because most of the food was sold out by the time they came. HAHA. apologies!




i stayed over the day before, and slept at 1 plus?
going from classroom to classroom, searching for a place to sleep :)
finally we found one, and we slept on the tables.
kind of sad right. that we actually DONT HAVE a place to sleep.

OH YES.
and i nearly contracted HAND FOOT MOUTH disease. HAAHAHH.
oh that very first night, i had red spots on my legs.
it was super scary, because the spots were all over.
but in the end, luckily si yinn also have the same thing.
so i guess it's allergies to bacteria or dust, because we were both in the store room.

and you know what.
MRS LEE IS SO EXPENSIVE.
kerlene, si ting, samira and i went around to collect like $100 JUST TO DUNK MRS LEE.
and we were around for dont know how long.
well, but in the process, we saw the true COLOURS of SOME teachers.
like how they tried their best to reject us because they didnt want to donate. HAHAHA.
finally, the dunking process took only less than 5 mins??
HAHAHAH
but never mind.
the water was super dirty
and mrs lee went in.

CLEARING UP WAS SUPER TIRING.
in the end, all the councillors were fainting. HAHA.
all sleeping on the floor.

OH YES.
I SHALL TALK ABOUT CHINA'S EARTHQUAKE.
I HEARD THIS TOUCHING STORY.
there was this mother, she wanted to protect her baby during the earthquake.
so she hugged the baby, and used herself to protect her baby.
when the rescue team found her, the mother was dead.
but listen to this.
her baby was alive, sleeping soundly in her hands.
on the mother's hand was this message :
" dear baby, if you were to be alive, always remember that mummy will always love you. "

SO SWEET RIGHT? oh man.
another one.
schools collapsed during the earthquake.
this mother has her child in one of the schools that collasped.
but until now her child is not found.
so everyday, she will carry her child's school bag to the school.
and wait for her child to be rescue.
every single day without fail, she'll be there waiting for her daughter to be rescued.

so sad right.
life is kind of unexpected.
you wont really know what will happen to you next.
like in China, this disaster struck and so many people are killed.
losing your close ones, is like losing your life.
it really hurts.
